ResonLab

Tools that stay with you.

Three applications for freelancers and small teams. No account, no subscription, no server: your invoices and your projects never leave your computer.

Three trades, three applications

A freelancer sending invoices, an audio and lighting technician, an acoustician. Three different audiences — so three applications, not one monster that claims to do everything.

Ohmnia

RELEASED — 0.1.3

Running a one-person business without the bloat: invoices, quotes, time tracking, inventory, simplified accounting.

  • A quote becomes an invoice in one click
  • Payment reminders and an accounting journal
  • Bank statement import (CSV, CAMT.053)
  • Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany

Scenika

PUBLIÉ — 0.1.0

The audio and lighting inventory of a rental company or a technician: what you own, what is out, what it draws.

  • Inventory and rentals
  • Power calculation per circuit
  • DMX addressing tied to the real inventory

Acustika

PUBLIÉ — 0.1.0

Loudspeaker coverage in a room, computed and displayed. And above all: where to put the boxes, not just a map you have to know how to read.

  • Freely drawn zones, raked seating and slopes
  • Loudspeaker library, directivity per band
  • Open formats — never a closed one

Nexika

THE FOUNDATION — WRITTEN

Several people, the same data. The multi-workstation server installs on your own premises, on an ordinary machine — not in the cloud.

  • Accounts and rights: read, write, administer
  • One server for both Ohmnia and Scenika
  • Refuses the network without encryption, and without an administrator
  • One file to copy, no installation

Together, without the cloud

A company with two or three workstations wants to work on the same data. It is the only case where our software accepts a network — and the server stays on your premises.

YOUR PREMISES

An ordinary machine is enough

Nexika is one file to copy onto a PC or a NAS, started by a command. No installation, no subscription, no data leaving your walls.

A CHOICE

Local mode stays the default

Without a deliberate step on your part, the software runs offline as before. Multi-workstation is chosen; it never arrives on its own.

WHO DOES WHAT

Three roles, not thirty

Read to consult, write for day-to-day work, administer for what commits the company. Every operation has its right, written by hand.

WHAT IT REFUSES

Refusals we stand behind

It does not listen on the network without encryption, nor while no administrator exists, nor to an operation whose right is not declared. It builds its own certificate.

What we stand for

These rules apply to all three applications, without exception. They are not sales points: each one has an automated check that fails if the code drifts away from it.

01

No connection

No account, no server, no usage tracking. Your invoices and your projects never leave your machine.

02

One exception, and you choose it

Multi-workstation mode, for a company with several people. It stays an explicit choice, never a default — and the server installs on your premises.

03

Messages that explain

Precise, never a raw technical error. When the software refuses something, it says why.

04

Nothing you cannot reopen

Readable formats, simple code, no closed format. In ten years your data will still open.

05

What is not guaranteed is said

Software does not make you compliant, and replaces neither an accountant nor an acoustician. What is indicative is announced as such.

06

Checked, not claimed

A failing automated check beats a lying document. It is the rule that holds all the others up.
